We operate under the brand names Window Photography School for Photography Education and H2O (Hold to Own), E-commerce platform related to Coffee Table Photo-book and Fine art Photo Prints. This website and all associated brands, including Window Photography School and H2O (Hold To Own), are owned and operated by Deb Kumar Lahiri (Sole Proprietor). Welcome to Window Photography School, H2O (Hold to Own) solely administered by Deb Kumar Lahiri under https://deblahiriphoto.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to them in full. If you don’t, please refrain from using our services.

1. Ordering

• All book or print orders through H2O (Hold to Own) platform  are processed only after full payment is received and cleared.

• We always aim for accuracy, but colours may differ slightly due to screen-to-print variations inherent to fine art printing.

2. Payment

• We accept payments via Razorpay, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway,  ensuring secure and seamless transactions. All applicable payment disputes will be handled as per Razorpay’s policy.

3. Production Time

• All book or print orders through H2O (Hold to Own) platform, unless otherwise specified, please allow 3 working days for procuring and packaging. Complex or oversized orders may take longer; we’ll keep you informed.

4. Cancellation

• Once your order is shipped from H2O (Hold to Own) platform, cancellations or changes are not possible.

5. Quality Assurance

• All book or print orders through H2O (Hold to Own) platform, each item is crafted with care—hand-binding, archival inks, and quality papers for photo books.

• If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the book or print orders through H2O (Hold to Own) platform, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly (see Return Policy for details)

6. Limitation of Liability

• H2O (Hold to Own) and Window Photography School (managed through https://deblahiriphoto.com) are  not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from printing, delivery delays, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited strictly to the order value.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms occasionally. The most current version will always be on our website. Continued use implies your acceptance of changes.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.

9. Proprietorship  

• This agreement is between the user and Deb Kumar Lahiri, the Sole Proprietor of  Window Photography School, and H2O (Hold To Own) managed through deblahiriphoto.com.
