• All book or print orders are processed only after full payment is received and cleared.

• We always aim for accuracy, but colours may differ slightly due to screen-to-print variations inherent to fine art printing.

2. Payment

• We accept payments via Razorpay, ensuring secure and seamless transactions. All applicable payment disputes will be handled as per Razorpay’s policy.

3. Production Time

• Unless otherwise specified, please allow 2 working days for procuring and packaging. Complex or oversized orders may take longer; we’ll keep you informed.

4. Cancellation

• Once your order is shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible..

5. Quality Assurance

• Each item is crafted with care—hand-binding, archival inks, and quality papers for photo books.

• If you’re not satisfied with the quality, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly (see Return Policy for details)

6. Limitation of Liability

• H2O is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from printing, delivery delays, or misuse of products. Our liability is limited strictly to the order value.
