Refund Policy

We operate under the brand names Window Photography School (Photography Education) and H2O – Hold To Own (E-commerce related to Coffee Table Photo-book and Fine art Photo Prints), owned and operated by Deb Kumar Lahiri (Sole Proprietor). We run e-commerce under the brand name H2O (Hold to Own). At H2O, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that circumstances may require refunds, and we aim to process them smoothly.
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable for the physical products purchased through H2O (Hold To Own), that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
Refund requests for such products, purchased through H2O (Hold To Own), must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Course Cancellations:
For course enrollments with the Window Photography School, a full refund is available if requested at least 7 days before the batch start date and 50% refund of the course fees is available maximum within 7 days of course commencement on a written communication via e-mail at connect@deblahiriphoto.com clearly justifying the reasons for the cancellation of the course.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Custom or personalized items purchased through H2O (Hold To Own), if any. Example: Signed books from authors, mentioning your name.
- Items without the original receipt or proof of purchase purchased through H2O (Hold To Own).
Refund Process:
Submit a refund request via email at connect@deblahiriphoto.com, including your order number and reason for the refund.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective/damaged items, H2O (Hold To Own) will cover all return shipping expenses.
