2. Shipping Methods

• We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives securely and beautifully anywhere across India.

• For Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and major cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. For remote regions, please allow up to 7–10 working days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are included in the pricing unless it is categorically specified, which is calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

4. Packaging

• Each item is carefully packaged using custom and sturdy materials to prevent damage in transit.

5. Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your H2O account to check the order status.

6. Delivery Issues
