1. Dispatch Timeline

• Coffee Table Photo books are dispatched within 2 working days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Shipping Methods

• We use trusted courier partners like India Post (Speed Post), Blue Dart, DTDC etc.to ensure your order arrives securely and beautifully anywhere across India.

• For Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and major cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. For remote regions, please allow up to 7–10 working days.

• International Shipping: Prior to dispatch, we will communicate via email to confirm shipping arrangements and charges, which are subject to variation based on destination. Your approval will be sought before proceeding with shipment.

3. Shipping Charges

• For Indian territory, shipping charges are included in the pricing unless it is categorically specified, which is calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

• For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on product weight, size, and destination, and will be communicated to you via email for approval before shipment. These charges are in addition to the product price.

4. Packaging

• Each item is carefully packaged using custom and sturdy materials to prevent damage in transit.

5. Tracking

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log in to your H2O account to check the order status.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please email us within 3 days of expected delivery so we can expedite a resolution.

7. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within India. International orders are welcome, but please contact us directly at connect@deblahiriphoto.com — we’ll provide custom shipping options.
