We operate under the brand names Window Photography School (Photography Education) and H2O – Hold To Own (E-commerce related to Coffee Table Photo-book and Fine art Photo Prints), owned and operated by Deb Kumar Lahiri (Sole Proprietor). We run e-commerce under the brand name H2O (Hold to Own).  At H2O, we believe the journey from our workstation to your hands should be as thoughtful as our prints and books.

1. Dispatch Timeline

• All book or print orders through the H2O (Hold to Own) platform, unless otherwise specified, are processed within 3 business days or procuring and packaging. Complex (example: customised copy of the book signed by the author) or oversized orders may take longer; we’ll keep you informed through email and over the phone (Order Handling Time).

2. Shipping Methods (within India)

• We use trusted courier partners like India Post (Speed Post), Blue Dart, DTDC etc to ensure your order arrives securely and beautifully anywhere across India.

• For Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and major cities, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. For remote regions, please allow up to 7–10 working days (Transit Time).

3. International Shipping

Prior to dispatch, we will communicate via email to confirm shipping arrangements and charges, which are subject to variation based on destination. Your approval will be sought before proceeding with shipment.

4. Shipping Charges

• For Indian territory, shipping charges are included in the pricing unless it is categorically specified, which is calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

• For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on product weight, size, and destination, and will be communicated to you via email for approval before shipment. 5. Packaging

• Each item is carefully packaged using custom and sturdy materials to prevent damage in transit.

6. Tracking

• Within 24 hours of the dispatch, a tracking id will be provided via mail so that the customer may track the order through our system or from the courier partner’s website. 

7. Delivery Issues

• If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please email us within 3 days of expected delivery so we can expedite a resolution.
